Broadcasting legend Lorraine Kelly is celebrating 35 years in television.
And in this morning’s edition of Lorraine (30.9.19), she got the surprise of her life from Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan.
Piers – who promised he had a surprise when appearing on the show– shocked her by showing the nation a NAKED throwback snap from her journalism days.

Sitting down with Lorraine, 59, Piers turned the tables on her and presented her as the star guest, and he soon zeroed in a weekly column she wrote when she was a journalist on the East Kilbride News.
“What do you remember about your Women’s Week page?” he asked.
He then went to on to ask: “Do you remember this, for example?”
Reading part of the article, Piers continued: “‘It’s now the latest craze sweeping Scotland. All you have to do is lie down on a special sunbed, which toasts you a beautiful golden brown on both sides.
“‘I was invited to try out the sunbed and it was the most relaxing and enjoyable half hour I’d spent for ages.'”
“I know what you’re thinking viewers,” Piers then addressed the camera. “Is there a picture of Lorraine Kelly on the sunbed? Oh, there is!”
Seeing the picture of her naked self pop up onscreen, Lorraine screamed: “Oh my God! That’s really scary!
“That shows you just how old I am because sunbeds were just coming out!”
Piers asked: “Just to clarify, it was an all over tan right?” to which Lorraine laughed: “Absolutely.”
Family and celeb guests also sent well wishes to Lorraine on her special day, and she admitted that iconic astronaut, Buzz Aldrin, was her favourite interview.
Followers of the official Lorraine Twitter feed were quick to send messages of congratulations.
