“So excited to be back on Loose Women!” she said of her latest gig. “Love this show, as it’s full of feisty women like me talking about issues that women really care about – and having a laugh at the same time!

“I can’t wait to come back to my Loose Women sisters!”

“We can’t wait to have Mel B on the panel,” Loose Women editor Sally Shelford said.

“As a former Spice Girl she’s the epitome of Girl Power – and that’s exactly what we want on this show.”

“She’s feisty, she’s fun, she’s fearless and I’m absolutely delighted Mel B will be with us for three really exciting shows,” she added.

The daytime panel has recently had the likes of Anna Richardson, Strictly star Chizzy Akudolu and Sharon Osbourne on as guest panellists.

Mel currently lives in LA and has been busy in the States as a judge on America’s Got Talent.

Her gig on Loose Women is just the latest stint she has coming up this month.

Shortly after her appearances on Loose Women, Mel will join Blue’s Duncan James to host the LGBT Awards on May 11.

The pair originally hosted the event back in 2016 and it seems they made such an impression, they’ve been invited back for this year’s ceremony.

Mel said she’s “thrilled” to be taking on hosting duties once again.

“I’m looking forward to helping recognise the LGBT people doing wonderful things for the community, as well as the allies who lend such vital support,” she said.

“I am really proud to be part of it because there is still so much to do in the fight for the full equality for LGBT+ people.

“It’s going to be a night filled with heartwarming and heartbreaking moments, unbelievable surprises and an enviable, fabulous guest list.”
