Mark also has two grown-up daughters, Izzy and Fleur, from previous relationships.

Back in 2017, Nadia admitted couples counselling saved her marriage.

She said on Loose Women: “Mark and I went to couples counselling and it was brilliant – I would definitely say it’s so worth it.”

Her co-star Andrea McLean asked her: “Would you say it saved your marriage?” to which Nadia replied: “Yeah.”

Nadia added: “Extraordinary things do happen when you go to a couples counsellor. I think the main thing it taught us is that you stop listening to each other.

“They teach you to listen. We think we know everything. It’s so easy to get in that pattern of not listening to your partner – we just weren’t listening to each other.”
