Legendary EastEnders actress June Brown appeared on Loose Women on Tuesday (May 14) and had fans in hysterics with her stories and quick-witted responses.
But some people watching at home felt the panellists – Kaye Adams, Coleen Nolan, Janet Street-Porter and Denise Welch – were being patronising towards her.

June joined the ladies and discussed topics from her role in EastEnders, her recent show Hard To Please OAPs, and even sex!
But some didn’t think it was appropriate for the ladies to keep bringing up the fact June is 92, and felt she was being spoken to like she was a ‘dodery old bird’.

But June’s appearance on the show was a huge hit with viewers at home.
There were hysterics when she told a story about how she’d turned down the opportunity to go clubbing with Lady Gaga as she had to see Piers Morgan the following day.

And the panel and studio audience fell about laughing when she joked she was “sick and tired of sex”.
She was asked her opinion on a cinema with a double bed instead of seats and rolling her eyes, she replied: “I’m sick and tired of sex, I really am.
When Kaye then asked when she’d become fed up with it, June replied: “Ooh, about 20 years ago!”

Overall, viewers loved having her on their screens, with calls for her to be made a Dame – or at the very least a regular panellist!
