Die hard Loose Women fans were given an early Christmas present today, when old favourite Jane McDonald made an appearance on the show.
Jane, who left the show in January 2014 after a decade as part of the panel, returned to talk about her two latest projects which are set to air over the Christmas holidays.
After she left to concentrate on her first love of singing, she told the Sun on Sunday that there was nothing but love for the show.

She said, “I’m still good friends with the Loose Women girls and would never say never in terms of returning permanently one day.”
The 54 year old was treated like a Queen by her former colleagues, as a blue regal looking cloak was wrapped over her shoulders and confetti cannons exploded everywhere as she walked into the studio.
She went on to tell the panel of Christine Bleakley, Jane Moore, Nadia Sawalha and Saira Khan, that she still watches the show and that she loves being on it.
She said, ‘It’s lovely to be back. I love this show. And you’re doing a brilliant job!’
The singer went on to reveal all about her two new shows.

She can be seen on Channel 5 this Saturday (December 23) with her two programmes, Cruising With Jane McDonald, followed straight after by Jane & Friends.
