Actress Emily Atack was left red faced on Loose Women after making a rude slip-up while talking about her boyfriend.
The Inbetweeners actress, 29, was on today (02.09.19) to chat about her new dating show, Singletown, which she is hosting alongside I'm A Celeb: Extra Camp's Joel Dommett.
The panellists got straight into chatting about Emily's romance with beau Rob Jowers and the conversation quickly moved to the night the two of them met.
Emily explained: "It's quite a funny story, really. We met at the BRITs, at Jack Whitehall's after party. But I don't remember meeting [Rob] because I was so drunk.
It was two in the morning. Apparently, I went over to him and said [putting on a loud voice], 'Hello! Who are you?!' He got me a drink and then, yeah. We've been together ever since."
I don't remember meeting him, because I was so drunk.
Jane Moore suggested: "I think anyone who stays around even after they've seen you fully drunk is a keeper."
Emily said, "And the next morning... not that I... oh..." before covering her face, as the panel and audience erupted into laughter.
Recovering, Emily continued: "No no no. I stayed with him that night, but he was the perfect gentleman. He actually put me to bed. And the next morning, he saw what I looked like, warts and all. So, yeah. Keeper!"
Elsewhere in the conversation, panellist Kaye Adams said to Emily: "I've read in the papers that babies and marriage are on the cards?"
She replied: "The poor man, I've only been with him for six months."
Rumours of the couple's engagement plans emerged earlier this year, after Emily's followers on social media mistakenly thought she was wearing an engagement ring in one of her pictures.
She was later forced to clarify that they had no immediate plans to tie the knot and begged her fans not to scare Rob off.
She told them, holding her hand up to the camera: "By the way I'm not engaged. The picture had flipped around, like it does. I have ring here on my right hand, which is the other side."
After proving she was not wearing an engagement ring, she joked: "Stop scaring [Rob] off! He's a new boyfriend, he's going to get very scared!"
Just days later, fans were once again in a frenzy after Emily posted a new snap that appeared to confirm their engagement.
But what her followers took to be a pic of Emily and Rob was actually the star's younger sister, Martha, with her partner.
