Host Jeremy thought he looked like David Beckham

| Updated:

ITV viewers were left stunned as a guest had an uncanny resemblance to actor Orlando Bloom.

James appeared on Thursday’s Jeremy Kyle Show to clear his name after he was accused of stealing his partner Kay’s son’s money.

As James walked out onto the stage, host Jeremy was convinced James looked the spitting image of footballer David Beckham.

Jeremy said: “David Beckham has arrived to The Jeremy Kyle Show,” as James appeared, sporting a shaved head and leather jacket.

But James didn’t seem impressed with the comparison and hit back: “That’s an insult that is,” to which Jeremy said: “Brilliant.

“Adored by every woman, 250 million quid in the bank. I think that would be a compliment?”

However, viewers watching from home were convinced James looked like other famous faces, as they branded him a “Poundland Orlando Bloom” and “Primark Justin Timberlake”.

One person wrote on Twitter: “Poundshop Orlando Bloom is talking a good story.”

Another said: “Poundland Orlando Bloom. #jeremykyle,” while a third added: “Primark Justin Timberlake? #jeremykyle.”

Meanwhile during the show, viewers were also amused by a grandmother who had a tattoo, which read: “YOLO,” which means “you only live once”.

Tash, 60, appeared on the show to call her daughter Abbey’s ex Darren out for apparently “sexting another woman”, while her daughter was giving birth to their child.

But viewers were distracted by Tash’s tattoo – which was placed above her wrist.

One person wrote on Twitter: “Does she have ‘yolo’ tattooed on her wrist? #jeremykyle,” while another said: “Has that woman got a Yolo tattoo? A grown woman, ffs #JeremyKyle.”
