After a summer of different anchors, Good Morning Britain was back to normal today with Susanna Reid and Piers Morgan at the helm.
But Susanna had endured a rather unpleasant mishap ahead of her comeback, she revealed on Twitter.
The journalist/presenter had given herself her own ‘lip job’ after walking into glass, thinking it was an open door.
She almost broke her nose as well…
(Anyone that has done this will know the humiliation almost matches the pain it causes!)
The 48-year-old told her followers: “Responding to (non-existent) demand for holiday snaps, here’s one of me having walked into a pane of glass thinking it was an open door and looking, as a result, like I’d had lip filler.
“(Swelling unfortunately gone down now.) Also almost broke my nose. Happy days.”

The mum of three also thrilled fans over on Instagram yesterday as she shared a relaxed shot of herself, apparently make-up free.
It was captioned: “End of the summer break. Back to work tomorrow. See you at 6am.”

A ‘back to work’ post followed this morning as she was reunited with co-anchor Piers Morgan, who was his usual shy, retiring self.
