Good Morning Britain presenter teases I’m A Celeb appearance

But who do the viewers want to see in there?

| Updated:

Good Morning Britain’s Richard Arnold has revealed he’s heading to the jungle in eight days – but teased fans as to why.

On this Morning’s show, Richard said: “I will be going to the jungle in eight days – but why? Is it for Good Morning Britain or for something else?”

Hmm, intriguing – is he set to be a contestant?

Given the show lasts for three weeks, another eight days would be VERY late for a new entrant so it’s more likely he’s going out to interview evictees rather than take part in the show himself.

Or he could be joining the panel of I’m A Celebrity: Extra Camp to talk about what’s been going on on the show.

GMB also ran a poll on who they want to replace Jack Maynard in the jungle, and presenter Kate Garraway came out on top.

The show ran a poll asking fans who they’d like to go in instead of the YouTuber who left the jungle on Tuesday after homophobic and racist slurs from a few years ago were unearthed.

The options GMB gave for Jack’s replacement were Kate, Gemma Collins, Love Island’s Mike Thalassitis, or football manager Sam Allardyce.

And the result went overwhelmingly in Kate’s favour.

Fans on Twitter were also keen on the idea, though some are still calling for Piers Morgan to get in there!

Kate didn’t say either way whether she would be tempted, but we reckon she’d be pretty good entertainment.

Come on ITV, listen to the people, get the GMB lot in the jungle!
