Strictly Come Dancing fans have been left absolutely stunned – and very unhappy – after the first vote off of the series.
Holby City star Chizzy Akudolu was the first person to be sent home.
Chizzy and her partner Pasha found themselves in the dance off alongside entertainer Brian Conley and his professional partner Amy.
After both couples danced again, the judges were left to choose between Chizzy’s foxtrot and Brian’s cha cha.
Although Craig Revel Horwood opted to save Chizzy and Pasha, Darcey Bussell, Shirley Ballas, and Bruno Tonioli all decided to keep Brian and Amy in the competition.

A heartbroken Chizzy was sobbing as she spoke to Tess about her time on the show coming to an end.
“Thank you to everybody who has supported me,” she said.
“I’ve loved every minute. I’m just going round his house to dance now!”
“Thank you to the judges.”
Pasha added: “I’ve enjoyed every single second of it.”
Fans were absolutely outraged at the elimination, with some even branding the show a fix.

Next week is movie week, so the stars remaining will all dance to a movie-themed song.
Let’s hope the results show is slightly less dramatic.
