This Morning viewers beg Holly Willoughby to take to her sick bed

Someone get this woman a Kleenex

Poor Holly Willoughby! Viewers on Tuesday begged the ill presenter to get to bed, after she struggled through This Morning with what appeared to be a bad cold.

Holly, 37, sounded bunged up on the sofa beside her co-host, Phillip Schofield, as she introduced a style section with fashion editor Trinny Woodall.

The show also featured interviews with Coronation Street actresses Faye Brookes and Bhavna Limbachia, as well as a segment on luxury mobile homes.

But Holly’s cold didn’t seem to hurt her appetite, as she and Phil debated fried chicken and tried chef Phil Vickery’s special recipe.

Despite battling through without complaint, fans still rushed to offer sympathy.

Viewers flocked to Twitter, writing: “Poor @hollywills 🙁 someone give her a blanket and a cup of lemsip. Still looking flawlessly incredible even with a cold, love that she doesn’t let it phase her!”

Another added: “Poor @hollywills sounding full of the cold and totally bunged up! You know it ain’t good when there is a D on the end of fine!”

A third commented: “Poor @hollywills sounds awful this morning. Hope she’s getting to go home to bed after this.”

But, illness or no illness, there was no denying the Dancing On Ice presenter still looked great on the show.

She was wearing French Connection trousers, with a JCrew top, and shoes from Karen Millen.

It comes after Holly enjoyed a week-long absence from This Morning, with Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford holding down the sofa-fort.

Holly was back in the UK in time to present Sunday’s Dancing On Ice, alongside Phil, 55.

It was a controversial episode this week, with the first double elimination.

The final skate-off saw rugby player Max Evans, actor Antony Cotton and presenter Donna Air compete to survive another week.

Holly said: “Tonight they really have to skate like never before.”

Phillip continued: “They’ve had to work twice as hard, no doubt they’ll be twice as nervous, because this week it’s a double elimination.

“Not one but two couples will leave the competition at the end of tonight’s show.”

The Ice Panel – made up of Jason Gardiner, Ashley Banjo, Christopher Dean, and head judge Jayne Torvill – unanimously voted to save Max, meaning we said goodbye to Antony and Donna.

Viewers loved the twist-filled show, which featured singer Camila Cabello, performing her single Never Be The Same.

One tweeted: “Another week of #Dancingonice is done, with brilliant show tonight @Schofe @hollywills @AshleyBanjo @Jordan_Banjo, love you all as always see you next week for more #DancingOnIce.”
