The rivalry between I’m A Celeb’s women has reportedly already started

The drama's apparently already started and the show's not even on air!

The new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! hasn’t even started yet but already we’ve got our first rumours of rivalry among the contestants.

Well, we all knew it was coming, right?

According to The Sun, some of the new jungle women are already locked in a battle over who will steal the spotlight when it comes to that famous waterfall shower.

Again, we all knew that was coming, right?

A source claims Saturdays singer Vanessa White, Made In Chelsea star Georgia Toffolo and WAG Rebekah Vardy have all put a lot of thought into what swimwear they packed for their trip to Oz.

And that apparently includes disguising extra bikinis as underwear to maximise their choices in the jungle, given they are only allowed three bikinis and three sets of underwear in total.

The insider said: “It’s a known fact that the iconic shower scenes are a staple part of the show and can catapult some contestants to fame if they pull it off right.

“Some the women know that by flaunting their assets they will gain more votes and have a better chance of staying on the series.

“It’s a competition at the end of the day.”

But will any of them actually get to use the iconic jungle shower?!

After all, it was alleged earlier this week that the Croc Creek showering area could become off-limits over concerns of a leech invasion.

YUCK.

Apparently it’s because of cold and wet weather warnings for the area, which attracts the blood-sucking ghoulies to the shower.

Speaking on Good Morning Britain this week, expert handler Carl Peters Bond said: “They can move like a slinky and detect carbon dioxide emissions.

“They have anaesthetic in their bite so [celebrities] won’t feel them attach.”

Carl said leeches can draw 5-10 times their body weight in blood before they drop off their victim, leaving a stinging wound.

They can pose a danger to celebs because, if not removed correctly, there is a risk of blood infection.

Of course, leeches aren’t the only worry for this year’s jungle celebs: they also have to contend with the usual warnings of extreme weather, spiders, snakes and other creepy crawlies.

Not to mention whatever the Bushtucker Trials throw at them!

I’m A Celebrity stars Sunday at 9pm on ITV.
