Stacey Solomon reveals truth about why she had a baby

She got very honest on Thursday's episode

Stacey Solomon gave a brutally honest answer on today’s Loose Women about her son’s conception.

The panel were discussing a new social media trend where parents reveal what their kids would be called if they were named after the reason for their conception.

Examples given on the show included “Restaurant Carpark” and “Too Much Tequila”, eliciting lots of laughter from the audience.

The panel then decided to share their own details in tweet form where and why their kids were really conceived.

Kate Garraway said: “Are we going to be honest, girls? Go on Stacey, what was yours?”

Stacey quipped: “Oh gosh, Salvaging My Relationship.”

It prompted an outpouring of sympathetic noises from the panel and audience, but Stacey insisted: “It ended up being the best thing that ever happened, obviously.”

She’s mum to sons Zachary, nine, with ex partner Dean Cox, and Leighton, five, with former fiance Aaron Barham, though she didn’t reveal which of her pregnancies she was referring to.

The other Loose Women couldn’t escape sharing their brutally honest stories, either.

Jane Moore said: “Biological Clock for the first one, and Last Chance Saloon for the second one.”

Ayda Field, who is married to Robbie Williams, admitted: “Not to name names, but Teddy was Passion On The Rocks… as in an actual rock. And Charlie was, ‘Happy 40th Birthday, Babe!'”

Kate Garraway, meanwhile, said: “I was on the pill so I guess mine is Pharmaceutical Failure or maybe Oops, I Forgot To Take It, which is actually probably the reality!”

Meanwhile, Stacey also had very strong opinions during a later debate about whether using a sex robot counts as cheating.

Expressing her disdain, she said: “Yeah it does! If my husband is going to do it with anything, I’m not happy about that! I feel like he’s cheating on me.

“It’s a machine that looks like a human! It’s not like he’s doing it with the toaster or the microwave!”

Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.
