Loose Women’s Stacey Solomon revealed that she rescued her two sons Zachary, nine, and Leighton, five, from a freak car accident.
The bubbly star recalled the terrifying moment on Friday’s Loose Women and admitted the accident was “horrendous”.
The 27-year-old beauty told her fellow panellists that saving her boys was her only instinct.

She revealed: “I had a car accident and the children were in it and the car was upside down and it was a horrific scene.
“Where I thought I would be completely anxious and panicking, my heart would be pounding, it’s almost like my body stopped.
“The kids were in the back and life stopped for a minute and I just thought, ‘I need to get us out of this situation’.”
Stacey revealed that they car had crashed and ended upside down.
The former X Factor star continued: “I wasn’t in control. As much as I was in control I don’t believe I was in control at that point, something in my brain had taken over and said, ‘This is what you need to do, this is where you need to go’, being in a panic will do nothing.
“Naturally my instinct took over.”
The Dagenham-born personality revealed that her youngest son was asleep during the awful ordeal and was completely oblivious to what was going on.
She added: “Funnily enough my youngest was asleep and remained asleep until I dragged him out of the car, but my eldest was crying and saying, ‘Help me mummy’.
“It was awful, it was horrendous. I don’t even like recounting it sometimes as it makes me feel so emotional. It was a freak accident, nothing that I could have changed.”
“As soon as I got out the car my heart sank, I couldn’t feel my arms and my legs I was crying,” Stacey added.
The star has just returned from a holiday with her boys in Cyprus.
During her holiday, which looked incredible, Stacey shared hilarious videos of her trip away.
Stace amused fans with a very funny clip showing her demonstrating how difficult it is to get the “perfect insta” snap.
In the VERY relatable clip the star tried to strike a pose on the beach while lying in the sea. But the waves ended up knocking her over.
She captioned the post: “When you know that this is what everyone on holiday is going through trying to get that perfect insta snap 😂😂😂😂.
“I wasn’t trying to look good FYI just making a silly synchronised swim video for the boys to laugh at all day 😂😂😂.”
Showing off her incredible bod in a white bikini the star didn’t have a care in the world as she rolled around in the water.

In the clip she can be heard saying: “Synchronised swimming by me – Mummy Solomon.”
She then tried to strike a pose with her chin in her hands but the waves continued to knock her. She shouted: “My god this is difficult!”
Her son in the background appeared to ask the star if she was done. But Stacey replied: “No! I’m not finished,” before rolling over and dancing in the water with her boys.
Fans were in hysterics. One wrote: “I love You!!!! Amazing human.”
