Piers Morgan reveals he’s turned down huge reality show

And they offered him a LOT of money!

Many people would love to see Piers Morgan stranded in the middle of nowhere.

In fact he’s even been offered plenty of money to go… into the jungle!

The 52-year-old Good Morning Britain presenter, was discussing appearing on reality programmes with co-hosts Charlotte Hawkins and Susanna Reid, when he revealed that he would never go onto such a show.

He also let slip that he has been asked several times to go on I’m A Celebrity, “I’ve been offered lots of money for these things, to go and eat bugs.

“They say ‘Hey, do you want to go to a jungle in Australia and eat kangaroo testicles as Ant and Dec mock you?’.”

“No thanks. Why would I do that?

“Then they say they’d give X amount and you’re like ‘please, add a couple of noughts.”

“So they do then you’re like ‘no thanks.”

Viewers were quite excited at the thought of Piers going into the jungle, even suggesting he could appear alongside Susanna as a tag-team:

And it seems that Piers is now the only member of the regular GMB team that hasn’t taken part in a reality TV show.

Both Susanna and Charlotte have been a part of the Strictly Come Dancing world, and now weatherman Alex Beresford, has been signed up for Dancing On Ice early next year.

But Piers had to have the last laugh, making fun of his jungle admission and the recent tax evasion leak saying:

Come on Piers, a couple of kangaroo testicles might just give you the balls you need!
