Love Island has FINALLY answered viewers’ questions about why Rosie Williams is so upset with partner Adam Collard.
And if you predicted it was something to do with new girl Megan Barton-Hanson, well, you were right!
Adam admits in the Beach Hut he finds Megan attractive, saying: “You can’t say you don’t have a roaming eye in here. Obviously she’s very nice. If I was to say I wasn’t looking at her in some sort of way and having an attraction I would be lying.”
He continues: “I think me and Rosie are moving a little bit too into the relationship bracket, which is not really on in here is it?
“Yeah, I think we should probably slow things down a little bit, just a tad…With Rosie, it’s early doors. Megan does intrigue me and she seems like a nice girl but I haven’t really spoken to her for very long at all.”
Adam also tells the boys: “I think people forget in here that we’re not actually in full on relationships. Don’t get us wrong, in bed, it’s nice to kiss and cuddle, and I am like that. But not in front of everyone, when we’re outside.
“Rosie’s probably a little bit more into me, than I am into her, if I’m being brutally honest.”
So he decides to chat to Megan and ask why she didn’t choose him for one of her three dates yesterday.
Megan opted to take Alex George, Eyal Booker and Niall Aslam out and Adam wants to know why!
She tells him: “I saw you’d been with Kendall and then her and I thought ‘I’m not going to be the third.’ And now I’m pretty close with Rosie.”

She then asks Adam if he is happy with Rosie, leading to an interesting answer…
Adam replies: “It’s a bit of a funny one at the minute. It’s a bit like, it’s good, don’t get us wrong. But I’m not a person for a lot of public affection.
“I train in the gym with the lads and she hovers round. Do you know what I mean? I came in here to get to know people and to get to know what I actually like in a person, and I think a couple of alarm bells started ringing.”
Well, that doesn’t sit well with Megan, who tells the Beach Hut she’s in a “really weird head space” over what Adam has said behind Rosie’s back.
She says: “After speaking to Adam. Rosie’s my friend so I know I have to go and tell her but I just hate confrontation. She’s a lovely girl and I think it’s really, really sneaky, the way Adam’s played it.”
So Megan tells Rosie outright what Adam has said about her and their pairing.
Megan adds her own opinion: “I think he’s scraping the barrel to find excuses to move on because he just wants to [bleep] every new thing in here.”
Naturally, Rosie is furious, asking: “Is he [bleeping] joking?”
She adds: “Adam’s just sly. He has just slagged me off behind my back and he makes out that he puts such an importance on honesty. But clearly he’s just led me on, said things to me that he knows will make me think we’re OK and then gone and chatted up one of my new best friends in here. I mean, what a guy.
“Adam’s not going to take advantage of me. I’m a strong girl, I’ve been through a lot and I’m very independent. And he’s definitely played the wrong person. If he thinks he’s the only one that can play with people he has another thing coming.”
Rosie adds: “He might have just made the biggest mistake he’s made in here so far.”
Rosie decides to confront Adam in front of all the islanders, accusing him of “slagging” her off behind her back; Adam asks if she’s talking about his chat with Jack, prompting an incredulous Rosie to say he’s spoken to both Megan and Jack about her!

Back inside with the girls, a tearful Rosie breaks down: “I just want to be enough for someone. I don’t get why I’m not enough for someone!”
The boys, meanwhile, have their own chat, with Wes Nelson saying: “I think Adam may have [bleeped] this a bit…”

Adam, meanwhile, insists he hasn’t been slagging off Rosie, and promises he was going to have a conversation with her about his feelings.
He later admits he’s a bit worried about his place in the villa, especially after seeing Rosie flirt with newcomer Charlie.
Adam says: “Obviously recoupling’s looming right now. I would be lying if I didn’t say that I didn’t have a slight voice in the back of my head wondering if she was going to couple up with someone else.”
