This Morning guests are usually on their best behaviour when they perch on the famous sofa to be interviewed by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield.
But one naughty guest today didn’t quite get the memo…
Entertainer Bob Carolgees, 69, and his puppet sidekick Spit The Dog were guests on Tuesday… and, as you’d gather from the canine’s name, that meant Holly & Phil were in for a saliva-soaked chat.

The first time it happened, poor old Holly lamented: “Thank you, Spit. And you were looking so cute earlier on when you came on.
“You’ve got a really nice face but please don’t spit at me again.”
Phillip then asked if he could stroke Spit… and promptly wished he hadn’t!
Spit was back to old tricks and in fine form, aiming another one at Holly who remarked: “Right in the eye that one… it’s surprisingly powerful. He’s perfected it.”
Bob was on This Morning to promote his Christmas panto role in Sevenoaks’ Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, in which he plays The Wicked Queen’s henchman.
“I’ve said to people I’m semi-retired, but not really,” he explained. “I’m doing bits.”
“I’m getting a bit long in the tooth for doing it but I thoroughly enjoy panto. A lot of people don’t realise panto isn’t just for kids. Even if you don’t have kids, go see it. It’s so much fun.”
Bob added: “Funnily enough, kids have reacted very well to Spit. I haven’t been on regular telly for many years.
“When I did the Hull panto with Christopher Biggins [in 2013], I said to my wife, ‘I worry about this. The kids don’t know me. They don’t know Spit. They haven’t seen us on telly’. But it made no difference.”

Seeing Bob and Spit back on TV brought back memories for many viewers.
They famously starred in kids’ show Tiswas and appeared with Cilla Black on Surprise, Surprise for eight years.
