Aidan Maguire’s mystery box has left EastEnders viewers feeling baffled – with some even demanding his character be killed off and put in a box of its own!
Fans of the long-running BBC soap were quick to voice their concerns last night (Thursday 1 March) when they saw Keanu Taylor (Danny Walters) forced to do Aidan’s dirty work for him…
As Keanu hid Aidan’s secret at the funeral parlour under the nose of Jay Mitchell, we were all left scratching our heads about the contents of the box.
And how will it play a part in Aidan’s plan to bring down his enemies? Namely, the Carters, who he believes have stolen his money…
Fans were speculating in their droves, but not all of them seemed to be enjoying the plot twist.

Next Monday’s EastEnders will see Jay handing the box to Phil, who has returned to Walford from a trip to see Ben overseas.
