Emmerdale viewers have been intrigued by international man of mystery Graham Foster ever since he landed in the Dales.
He’s given very little away about his past or what makes him tick – making him all the more fascinating.
But he’s finally revealed something very personal about his history, and it’s devastating!

Joe Tate’s right-hand man found himself in a heart to heart with Debbie Dingle as he took her to her old home – the one his boss bought for her before callously booting her out.
Joe wanted Debbie to rent it again, but she was obviously suspicious about his motives.
Graham tried to explain why Joe behaves how he does, revealing some details about the millionaire’s childhood.
This prompted him to open up about his own past.
He explained that he used to be in the army and was a drinker… he had met a girl and got her pregnant.
While on leave for the birth, he picked his by then wife up from her baby shower.
He was drunk and lost control of the car, killing his pregnant partner and their unborn baby girl.
Viewers loved Graham all the more after he broke this shocking news…

I thought Graham was ex service and was an ex alcoholic. Also thought there was some sort of tragic death that happened. Graham is starting to become one of my favourite characters on #Emmerdale
