Rhona Goskirk has been on a bumpy ride over the past six months as she’s tried to put her life back together following her rapist ex, Pierce Harris, being put in prison.
And it’s no secret that part of her plan for getting things back to a kind of normal involved getting back with her ex-husband, Paddy Kirk.

Unfortunately for Rhona, Paddy has moved on by reuniting with his ex, Chas Dingle.
Next week, Rhona decides there’s no point in pining after Paddy anymore so she decides to throw herself into her new love interest, Pete Barton.
Rhona had been taking advice to go for it from Doug Potts and, assuming he meant Pete, has just done that.
But Doug was actually referring to Paddy and things get a bit awkward for Rhona when Vanessa tells Paddy they have a problem.
While Rhona and Pete end up getting passionate and heading upstairs, Vanessa is left to explain to Paddy that his ex is still in love with him, leaving him stunned.
The tables have turned since the days when it was Paddy wanting the reunion, but Rhona was still too traumatised from what she went through at the hands of Pierce to even consider it.
When Paddy spots Rhona leaving Pete’s in the morning and realises she’s spent the night there, he confronts her.

But now Paddy knows about Rhona’s true feelings, will things end up even more of a mess?
Will Paddy mess up his relationship with Chas?
Or could he and Rhona really give things another go?
