Emmerdale star Eden Taylor-Draper has revealed the latest twist involving Dales murderer Lachlan White.
The actress, who portrays troubled youngster Belle Dingle, has explained that her character will soon discover she is pregnant.
And the daddy couldn’t be more unsuitable – it’s serial killer and resident psychopath Lachlan.

Unbeknownst to Belle, though, Lachlan was a little bit distracted as he had just brutally murdered his best friend Gerry Roberts in cold blood.
Talking to thesun.co.uk, Eden tells us exactly what was on Belle’s mind.

She says: “Belle is very oblivious to what Lachlan has done to Gerry. Her main focus is that she isn’t feeling well and then it’s like: ‘Oh God, I’m pregnant!’
“So she confides in Rebecca. She’s so focused on that, so she’s quite oblivious to what Lachlan is doing.”

The 20-year-old actress adds: “I have no clue what Belle would do if she knew the truth about Lachlan – probably break up with him maybe! I don’t know though, she’d still love him so I’m not sure.
“I think they have both been through a lot over the past few years and she does love him.”
Talking about Belle’s reaction to finding out she’s expecting Lachlan’s baby, Eden says: “I think deep down she’s over the moon, but because of Gerry’s death, Lachlan is all over the place when she tells him.
“They decide that they are not going to keep the baby because the timing is terrible, but then a few days pass and then Lachlan realises that it’s the light he needs – and that Belle needs – so they decide to keep the baby.
“Belle is over the moon and she couldn’t be happier. I think it’s something that they both truly want at that point.”
The soap star also reveals that Belle is forced to admit she is pregnant to her family when she is accidentally pushed by Aaron.
