The moment Chas Dingle faces baby heartbreak in Emmerdale has been revealed.
In a heartbreaking first look clip posted by ITV onto the Emmerdale website, Chas becomes excited about her baby.
“So clever, I mean it’s amazing, isn’t it? They’re so tiny and they just know what to do. All that growing she’s doing.
“My first daughter, look at you, kicking her legs. Going to be a little ballet dancer, aren’t you? Margarita Fontaine.
“I know you see this every day but it’s amazing for me to see her on there, you know?

“My baby.”
However, as Chas’ excitement continues the sonographer’s expression changes.
Becoming more serious, she tells Chas: “I’m just going to call someone else in.
“I have some concerns and I just want them to confirm what I’m seeing.”
As Chas begins to panic, the medic tries to keep her calm.
She tells her: “Just try to relax, I’ll be back as soon as I can.”

Chas looks heartbroken at the worry on the nurse’s face, but it has yet to be revealed what will happen with her new baby daughter.
The landlady and partner Paddy Kirk have been overjoyed recently with the news of their baby so any potential issues will devastate the couple.
Chas has a son, Aaron Dingle, who will be 26 years older than his little sister when she’s born.
