Emmerdale fans had something to celebrate last night – the newfound friendship between Ross Barton and Ryan Stocks.
In amongst the drama and tragedy taking place in the Dales, viewers spotted a new bromance and loved the “chemistry”.

In scenes shown on Tuesday (24 July), the pair found they had much in common after meeting in the Woolpack – both hate being seen as victims, and both have had their fair share of heartache.
Charity Dingle’s son Ryan arrived in the local boozer to meet up with his mum, but it wasn’t such a happy reunion when he discovered that she hadn’t told her family about him.
Feeling upset and annoyed, he consoled himself with a few drinks – where he bumped into Ross.

Touchy as ever, Ross immediately lashed out at him for staring at his scars.
But they soon got over the misunderstanding with plenty of banter – and fans LOVED them together.
As they bonded over drinks in the pub, and then back at Ross’ place, viewers gathered on Twitter to applaud the pairing.
But some were disappointed that the bromance wouldn’t last long – with Ross known to be leaving the ITV soap in the coming months.

So while we know Ross is leaving, fans are hoping that Ryan will stay.
