EastEnders fans were left feeling pretty grossed out after a fight between Abi and Lauren Branning ended up with them being covered in the ashes of their dead lover, Steven Beale. Ick.
The grim incident came after Abi finally revealed the truth to her sister – that she’d been having an affair with Steven, who was engaged to Lauren – and she knew he’d been lying about his brain tumour.
A furious Lauren struggled to understand the betrayal from her sister – with Abi insisting it had only started because she knew Lauren wasn’t happy with Steve and wanted them to end.
Lauren also learned that Abi had told Steven she’d aborted his child, and that he’d been spying on her through spyware he’d bought online, while she was at work.
As a horrified Lauren tried to get her head around the magnitude of lies and deceit, Abi barricaded herself in her bedroom – still dressed in Lauren’s wedding dress.
She then got the urn of Steven’s ashes out of its hiding place and lovingly caressed them. Just when we thought Abi couldn’t get any weirder.
Lauren pretended to leave in an effort to get Abi to come out of her room and when she saw her sister had kept her dead fiance’s ashes, she flipped out.
Saying he deserved to rot in hell, Lauren struggled to get the urn off of her sister before slapping her – and they both ended up covered in his ashes.
Viewers couldn’t help but draw a parallel with another famous Halloween fisticuffs between the Branning sisters.
Who remembers Lauren’s creepy Weeping Angel stalker, and Abi trying to drown her in the apple bobbing water?
Abi’s new-level craziness is annoying some viewers who can’t wait for her departure to come ASAP…
Elsewhere, it looks like tragedy has struck for one family as Tina seemed to hit something with her car on the way back from the cash and carry.
While an initial look round didn’t show any thing in the road, Tina carried on her way.
It was only later that we saw a lifeless and bleeding body of a child under her wheels.
