Stuart Highway has left EastEnders fans terrified for Linda Carter after he issued a chilling threat.
The paedophile hunter (Ricky Champ) was confronted in last night’s episode when it was revealed that his latest target wasn’t a predator.
Instead Fred, who Stuart attacked, was actually a father searching for his missing daughter.
But when Stuart was confronted with the truth he had to be forced to back down by Mick.
The pair fought until Stuart agreed to post another video clearing Fred’s name.

And when Mick returned to the pub Linda was horrified by her husband’s battered state.
In an effort to make up for what he helped Stuart do, Mick and Linda visited Fred in the hospital.
While he had been reunited with his daughter, he was in a bad state after Stuart’s video and Mick doubled his efforts to make Stuart see the harm he was doing.
He told Stuart: “The revenge thing, I get that. But this, this is beyond.
“You’re gonna tell the world you got it wrong. Then you’re gonna get on your knees and you’re gonna pray that someone, somewhere forgives you.”
Eventually agreeing to record the video, Stuart did, but he has decided to punish Mick for it in the most horrific way.

He said in the video: “It sticks in my throat to admit I messed it up, but I must have.
“But Mr Stay-At-Home Mick Carter knows better. He helps on one hunt and thinks he knows better.
“He thinks that gives him the right to sit on his throne and dictate what I do.
“So long as his hands are clean and he doesn’t care what happens to vulnerable kids.
“Just like he did when his own missus was attacked.
“He knows nothing about life. He hasn’t suffered. He hasn’t felt there’s no hope.

“He don’t know what it’s like to hurt so deep that you can’t carry on.
“Maybe if you knew hurt like it, you’d think different.”
