EastEnders SPOILER: Pregnant Kim collapses

But will her unborn baby be okay?

After going to identify a body that the police have reason to believe is her missing husband Vincent, mum-to-be Kim dramatically collapses. But will her baby be okay?

When Kim discovers someone has cleared out daughter Pearl’s saving account, she is convinced that this is the evidence she needs to prove Vincent is still alive.

After all, who else would have access to their little girl’s bank account?

But when she heads to the police station full of hope, her parade is quickly rained on when the sergeant tells her they have found a body matching Vincent’s description.

Whether the body is Kim’s missing husband or not is a closely guarded secret – but the shock of what has happened at the police station is enough to make poor Kim collapse as she’s leaving.

Rushing to hospital for a scan, Kim is happy when doctors tell her the little one is fine.

Faced with the fact she is going to soon become a single mum of one, Kim is pleased when her family rally around her.

But the meal doesn’t quite go to plan when Denise has one too many glasses of wine and accidentally lets slip that she is going to be an aunty again in front of a stunned Carmel.

With Vincent quickly becoming a distant memory for half of Walford, how is Kim going to explain her new growing baby bump now that the cat is out of the bag?

EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
