There has been trouble brewing in the Mitchell household ever since it was revealed that Sharon was the one who stole the heist money from under everyone’s noses.
Now, Phil isn’t a man to be messed with as we all know. And he hasn’t taken kindly to being double crossed by his missus.
So with that huge elephant in the room, it’s no wonder things have got a bit tense between the couple.

But next week sees Sharon trying her hardest to win her hubby over by bringing him a peace offering at the Arches.
But will whatever is in that mysterious plastic bag piece her marriage back together?
Needing someone to talk to, Sharon turns to best mate Michelle – but it is hard to confide in someone about your marital woes when you can’t actually reveal the details.
Not wanting Michelle drawn into the whole heist drama (lucky Michelle!) Sharon keeps the fact she stole all that cash to herself.
But despite not being able to talk openly about what is wrong between her and Phil, Sharon feels much better after her chat with her friend and is in a much better headspace.

It doesn’t take long for her calm to be shattered though when she gets home to find Phil there with another woman.
And not just any woman – a young and very attractive woman.
But is Phil having an affair? Would he really be having an affair in his own home, with his family coming and going?
Sharon certainly seems to think so, but is all as it seems?
EastEnders airs Monday and Friday at 8pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
