EastEnders SPOILER: First look at Keegan Baker’s dad Mitch as he causes trouble in Walford

But what has bought him to Albert Square?

Just when it looked like Karen Taylor was getting her life sorted with her new job at the laundrette and no bailiffs hounding her, she’s set to be dealt another massive blow when her ex Mitch Baker arrives on the Square – and he just happens to also be Keegan’s dad.

As Mitch tries to track the Taylor family down, it doesn’t take him long to find Keanu, who is starting his first day working at the Arches.

The new mechanic isn’t happy to see this face from the past, and is fuming when Mitch tells him his car needs fixing.

Desperate to get rid of him, Keanu does the job but refuses to give him any details about where his family might be.

But with Mitch already in Albert Square, surely it wont take him long to work out where Karen and co are?

And what are Karen and Keegan going to say when they come face-to-face with him?

Ex Holby star Roger Griffiths, who plays Mitch, recently told metro.co.uk: ‘The Taylors are an established tight-knit family on the square, so coming in as Mitch – the wild card, meant I had to hit the ground running.

“I had a brilliant time and the actors who make up the Taylor family made me feel at home instantly. It was love at first sight.’
