But it was Shona McGarty who stole the show with her performance as Les Mis heroine Eponine.

Singing the iconic On My Own from the hit musical, Shona looked and sounded amazing, and fans certainly agreed.

Voicing how impressed they were on Twitter, there were calls to get her in the West End, saying she’s wasted playing Whitney Carter in EastEnders.

Shona responded to all the praise she got on Twitter saying she’d loved taking part.

Although she was clearly the star of the show, it wasn’t just all about Shona.

Jacqueline Jossa (Lauren Branning) hit the right notes as Nancy in Oliver, and Emma Barton (Honey Mitchell) also impressed with her duet with Lee Ryan (Woody Woodward) singing One Day More.

In another part of the sketch, Richard Blackwood (Vincent Hubbard) and Dean Gaffney (Robbie Jackson) played bride and groom for the I’m Getting Married In The Morning rendition.
