It wouldn't be a dream come true for many - but it is for Kelly Brook.
The model has landed a part on iconic crime drama Midsomer Murders, as a, er, corpse.
Kelly, 38, is set to appear in a special 20th anniversary episode of the ITV show, called Till Death Do Us Part.
She plays a bride called Laurel who’s murdered on her wedding day. Stills from the episode show her being photographed dead in her wedding dress.
The broadcast date is yet to be revealed, but it looks like she nailed it.
The TV star has been open about her obsession with the long-running programme.
She previously begged show bosses to let her appear, saying: "I want to go and die in an episode of Midsomer Murders as that’s the show I love most.
I can’t think why they haven’t asked me yet!
"I can’t think why they haven’t asked me yet!"
An insider told The Daily Star: "Kelly was thrilled to be on Midsomer. It’s been her dream to get on the show and be killed off."
The model has been turning her hand to acting for years now. She's had bit parts in US TV series Smallville and sitcom One Big Happy.
She's also appeared in films, starring in 2004's Seduction and 2010's Piranha 3D.
In fact, Kelly recently posted a snap of the movie's poster, writing: "#Throwback to this Week 8 Yrs ago!! release of Piranha 3D 🌊🐟🐟🐟".
She has also been honing her presenting skills in recent years, appearing regularly on the Loose Women panel and hosting segments for This Morning.
In fact, she was on the ITV morning show just last week to talk about the famous Isles of Scilly, just off the Cornish coast.
There are only 80 residents - and she very nearly upset one of them, when she snapped off a flower while filming.
Luckily everyone saw the funny side of it and Kelly later joked about the incident on Instagram, referring to her "souvenir."
