Daniel Osbourne targets Chesney in Coronation Street feud

The love triangle between Daniel, Chesney and Sinead could be about to take a killer twist...

Daniel Osbourne is set to strike again in Coronation Street.

The waiter – who is played by actor Rob Mallard in the ITV soap – has already tried to murder his dad Ken Barlow in cold blood and now it looks like he is ready to attack again.

This time it appears that love rival Chesney Brown is his target.

With Daniel’s love Sinead Tinker in a relationship with Chesney while still being in love with Daniel, the kebab shop worker takes drastic action to put off Daniel forever.

In new scenes Chesney will up his vendetta by publicly proposing to Sinead again when he knows they are in front of Daniel.

Shockingly, forcing Daniel to watch Sinead say yes all over again, doesn’t go over that well.

It leads to Sinead realising what Chesney had planned and going to speak to Daniel to apologise on his behalf.

Devastated by Sinead’s adult actions, Chesney then decides to step up his revenge plan further – by getting Daniel fired.

Having eaten at the Bistro, Chesney clutches his stomach in order to fake food poisoning, telling all and sundry that ‘someone’ has tampered with his food.

Shockingly, it is Daniel that is forced to defend himself but it doesn’t matter as Chesney forces Robert Preston to sack Daniel or face negative press.

Faced with losing everything, Daniel decides to hit back at scheming Chesney and put him in his place.

Unfortunately he appears to use a brick to do it and soon Chesney is left bleeding in an alleyway as a horrified Sinead looks on.

But when Chesney insists on not going to the police, Sinead doesn’t become suspicious and instead goes to Daniel’s family to tell them that he’s back to his would-be killer ways.
