Sinead Tinker’s been having doubts about marrying Chesney Brown for some time… but her secret worries about getting hitched are about to be exposed.
As Sinead holds a beauty evening for all the women on the Street, talk turns to her impending nuptials with Chesney.
Liz innocently asks the bride-to-be about her wedding plans, and although Sinead tries to cover up her true feelings, Tracy Barlow manages to work out all is not well with the couple.
The pair got engaged after Sinead popped the question to Chesney after Katy Armstrong suddenly died in October.

Sinead was so impressed with how her boyfriend coped with news and rushed to Portugal to be with his son, Joseph, that she decided he was the man she wanted to marry.
But secretly Sinead is still harbouring feelings for ex-boyfriend Daniel Osbourne – leaving her more confused than ever.
It doesn’t help that Daniel is still in love with Sinead, and he and Chesney are fighting for her affections behind her back.

To make matters even more complicated, next week also sees Chesney take Sinead to the Bistro for dinner, where he surprises her with an engagement ring.
At the meal for two Chesney slips a diamond ring into Sinead’s Champagne, knowing that Daniel will be watching… and seething.
As a stunned Sinead gets caught up in the romantic moment, Daniel is left devastated.
Just to rub salt into the wound, game-playing Chesney then fakes food poisoning, claiming that someone tampered with his food in the Bistro.
As he dashes home from the restaurant, worried Sinead is quick to follow. But when they get back, she is given food for thought when her husband-to-be claims he’s been targeted.
