How much more can Bethany take?

There is trouble heading for the Platts next week when Bethany finds herself on the wrong side of the law and ends up getting arrested.

She’s fuming when he overhears Audrey Roberts, Craig Tinker and David Platt talking about her behaviour and she storms off – leaving her to call her old lap dancing friend Sam and ask about auditioning at a new club.

Gail and Sarah Platt are stunned when Bethany reveals she got a new job as a dancer, and there isn’t a lot they can do to stop her.

At the new club, the manager asks Bethany to wear a tiny bikini, to which she flatly refuses.

But while that doesn’t go down too well – her day is about to get a whole lot worse.

A group of lads come in on a stag do – and at first everything seems to be going well.

But when one of the men makes an indecent move, Bethany has a flashback to her ordeal last year with Nathan Curtis and she sees red.

Thinking the groom-to-be is actually Nathan, she lashes out with a broken bottle, and has to be restrained by management.

The police are called and unfortunately for Bethany, she is then arrested for her attack – leaving her mortified.
