Coronation Street fans believe they have worked out how Eva Price and Aidan Connor will leave the cobbles later this year.

And it’s bad news for Toyah Battersby as the most popular theory believes Eva and Aidan will reunite and leave Weatherfield to raise their baby together.
Eva was shocked last month when she discovered she was expecting, and she was shocked even more when a scan revealed she was 17 weeks gone, meaning that her ex Aidan Connor was the father, not current beau Adam Barlow.
Obviously this made telling the father a bit of an issue as Aidan and Eva split acrimoniously after he found out she’d been lying about being pregnant as revenge for him cheating on her with Maria Connor.
So far Eva has managed to keep her pregnancy a secret from everyone apart from Shona Ramsey and Toyah Battersby, who she’s promised to hand the baby over to once it’s born.
What could go wrong??
Well, plenty actually if the fan theory that Aidan and Eva will double-cross Toyah and disappear into the sunset with their baby is correct.
It’s no secret that both Shayne Ward and Catherine Tyldesley will be leaving their roles this spring, which has led to fans speculating that their characters will depart together.
“Aidan and Eva are leaving this year I think they might leave together,” predicted one fan.
“Its not going to end well for Toyah. I bet Aidan finds out and him and Eva leave with the baby together,” another foresaw.
A third agreed, commenting: “Eva is leaving Corrie so I predict she will offer Toyah the baby but then once its bron she will leave with Aidan and the baby leaving Toyah devastated.”
It looks like 2018 could be a very bad year for Toyah if another fan theory proves correct.
After clocking Peter Barlow’s pure relief after his ex Carla Connor came round after collapsing in the pub and his very obvious jealousy when she hooked up with his baby brother – fans reckon a Peter and Carla reunion is just a matter of time.
