Coronation Street killer Pat Phelan has threatened to kill another cobbles favourite.
The murdering builder – played by actor Connor McIntyre in the ITV soap – has already killed Andy Carver, Luke Britton and Vinny Ashford and now he wants to add to his tally with a chillingly jovial death threat against Steve McDonald.
Evil Pat can’t do anything without having fans worried he’s about to go full Phelan and start offing people left, right and centre, but in last night’s episode his threat to kill Steve over a cake was too much.
Sitting in the taxi office with Steve, the unlikely duo began discussing Eileen and Steve’s love of sticky buns, but when Steve hinted he may eat Eileen’s cake, Phelan took it dark, very dark.
“Any messages?” Steve asked him as he left the taxi office.

“Yeah, just one for you,” Phelan said menacingly.
“If you even thinking about eating my wife’s cake, you’re a dead man.”
He followed it up with a laugh that would have even Richard Hillman quaking in his boots.
Phelan’s reign of terror will soon come to an end on the cobbles with bosses lining up an explosive exit for the nation’s favourite killer.
His wife, Eileen Grimshaw, will prove to do his undoing when she joins Gail Platt’s ‘My Husband Tried To Kill Me’ club after discovering his sick deeds.
The couple will go on a holiday to the Lake District to a remote cottage when Phelan’s crimes are discovered back in Weatherfield.

According to The Sun, when Liz McDonald tells Eileen what’s happened, she will have to face off against her killer husband.
But unlike his other victims, she will survive his attack and throw him into the sea putting an end to to his killing spree once and for all.
