Coronation Street has recast Michelle Connor’s non biological son – and he has got a face that lots of soap fans would recognise, because he used to be in Emmerdale.
Actor Ryan Prescott played Aaron’s love interest Flynn Buchanan back in 2011, when the pair briefly dated.
Flynn and Aaron had a short-lived romance, but the relationship came to an end when Aaron realised he was still in love with former flame Jackson Walsh.

Ryan Prescott has now moved on from the Dales and will be hitting the cobbles later this year as he takes up his new role as Ryan Connor, who Michelle raised thinking that he was her biological son.
Soap fans will know that it wasn’t until nearly 15 years later that Michelle discovered that her baby had been swapped at the hospital, and her biological son was actually Ali Neeson, who has recently made a return to Weatherfield.
The historical baby swap storyline ran in Corrie ten years ago, and ever since then Michelle has had an strained relationship with both men.
The soap is set to revisit the storyline again when Ryan Connor turns up on the street, undoubtedly to cause trouble between Michelle and Ali, who are slowly starting to get their relationship back on track.
Ryan Prescott was spotted filming on the Corrie set yesterday (Monday 26th March) having a heated argument with Michelle’s finance Robert Preston, played by Tristan Gemmill.

Rob Mallard, who plays Daniel Osbourne, was also spotted filming in the same scenes.
With Michelle and Robert’s wedding looming, could Ryan’s return to the street ruin their big day? There’s bound to be plenty of drama when both Ryan and Ali come face-to-face.
Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
