Coronation Street made the announcement about the scene on its official site today, stating: “When Alya gets a chance to watch the touching footage, will it give her food for thought over her decision to fight the Connors for Underworld?”

Viewers have been missing the popular character so much, this will be hard to watch.

In one of the soap’s most critically acclaimed storylines in recent years, fans of the soap watched as Aidan secretly battled depression, hiding it from his friends and family.
