Kristen Stewart is unrecognisable after dramatic transformation

Twilight fans say goodbye to Bella Swan...

Kristen Stewart has revealed an entirely new look at the New York Film Festival, and even we had to double take to figure out who it was.

The actress appeared at a screening of her new film Certain Women, along with co-stars Michelle Williams and Laura Dern.

Kristen looked flawless, sporting a new platinum blonde haircut, a huge difference from the brunette tresses we once knew her for.

With a short back and sides cut, her hair gelled and bright red lipstick, of course she combined this with a sexy new style.

Kris went topless beneath a dark red suit to reveal her bare chest and a long gold necklace.

Miss Stewart has majorly changed up her look since the Twilight saga, where she acted with then-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

She has now well and truly moved on with her former assistant Alicia Cargile – who we must say, are totally adorable together!

Kristen’s career is also on an all time high as she is appearing in Woody Allen’s Cafe Society, ghost story Personal Shopper and sci-fi Equals.

Her latest film Certain Women is about three strong-willed women living in the Northwest in which she plays a young law student who falls for a female ranch hand.

In her own life, Kris has revealed she has been the most content while dating women: “When I was dating a guy I was hiding everything that I did because everything personal felt like it was immediately trivialized, so I didn’t like it.

“We were turned into these characters and placed into this ridiculous comic book, and I was like ‘That’s mine. You’re making my relationship something that it’s not.’ I didn’t like that.”

She added: “It changed when I started dating a girl. I was like, ‘Actually, to hide this provides the implication that I’m not down with it or I’m ashamed of it, so I had to alter how I approached being in public.

“It opened my life up and I’m so much happier.”

We are completely made up for you Kris!
