“I like doing any scene with a high dramatic stake, but especially when Mike Parr is involved, who’s wicked at stuff like that.”

Ned also explains why Joe refuses to reveal the real culprit – Debbie.

“Joe would do anything to keep Debbie out of harm’s way, even when he has a gun pointed at him. He loves her more than he loves himself,” he explains.

While Ned was sworn to secrecy about who walks away unharmed or who is injured, he did give fans a little clue as to what happens, mentioning his popular sidekick Graham.

When asked about Joe taking a bullet, he teased: “Well, luckily, you’ve got the hero that is Graham. If anything bad were to happen, Joe would rely on Graham to save the day!”

Hmmm, but could he have saved the day for Joe at a huge cost to himself?
