Emmerdale fans have demanded Moira Barton is sent to prison for killing Emma Barton.
Viewers watched earlier this week as Victoria Sugden discovered how Moira had been the one to kill Emma, and not Adam, who fled abroad to avoid prison.
Victoria was devastated and reacted with fury, vowing to expose the truth to bring Adam back.
However as she prepared to tell the village the truth, she couldn’t do it and instead had another confrontation with Moira.
She told her: “You’ve ruined my life, you’ve ruined your son’s life.

“There’s a pub full of people who think my husband is a murderer.”
She added: “You’re not my friend Moira, you never have been.”
Disgusted by Moira’s denials and claims nothing would change if she confessed, one fan wrote: “How about your innocent son could come home and be with his wife?!!!!!
“Moira claims that she cannot stand the guilt she has over Adam, but that is complete BS.
“For months she let the police think Adam murdered Emma and didn’t say a word, she only spoke up at the last minute to try and save face.
“Any halfway decent mother would never let their kid take the rap for a murder they committed.

“Moira you are evil, selfish and pathetic!”
Another enraged fan added: “It’s bad enough covering up a murder, or letting someone else take the blame to have her own son be on the run for life leaving his wife and family is ridiculous and disgusting.”
A third wrote on DS Forums: “Bring back the chair!”
But if Moira did confess, could this mean a return for Adam?
