Corrie fans covered their eyes in disbelief and mild horror when Steve McDonald cheated on his fiancée this week.
Just days before his scheduled wedding to Tracy Barlow, Steve ended up in the sack with his former flame and mother of his child Leanne Battersby.
Oh. No. Not. Again.
The Street Cars owner has already kissed Abi in a moment of confused feelings, and now he’s done the dirty with Leanne.
All behind the back of Tracy.
And we all know how Tracy will react when she finds out – and, of course, she will! This is a soap we’re talking about!
Hello hath no fury like a woman scorned, and Tracy scorned is even more terrifying!
After Steve’s indiscretion and ultimate decision that he really doesn’t want to marry for the seventh time, fans believe the Corrie resident might be in grave danger when Tracy discovers the truth.
One said: “Tracy would kill them (possibly literally).”
Another said: “What if Leanne ends up pregnant yet again by Steve? Tracy would definitely want to kill them more than ever!”
Repeating Steve’s own words, a third said: “My Mrs is going to kill me. She is Tracy after all.”

Fans of the long-running soap know all too well that Tracy really IS capable of murder.
She killed boyfriend Charlie Stubbs when she found out he had been messing around behind her back in 2007.
In spine-chilling scenes, Tracy hit him over the head with a heavy ornament and Charlie died instantly.
While she pleaded it was self-defence, she did end up serving time in prison.
If Tracy and Steve’s nuptials go ahead, it will be the second time for the couple.
They first married in 2012, but it ended badly.
And this one doesn’t look any more promising…
