Coronation Street star Sair Khan has teased a huge storyline for Alya Nazir.
The actress will enter the I’m A Celebrity jungle camp tonight in a massive challenge to herself.
However she has also revealed that she will be going straight back to work as Alya on the soap when she is released from the camp.
She told Digital Spy: “I’ve had chats with [producer] Iain [MacLeod] and I know a few ideas that he had – but I don’t really know which one they’re going to lead with; which one they’re going to go with.”
Sair added: “I’m definitely excited about next year and I know I’m going be quite busy at the beginning of next year.

“As soon as I finish this, it’s going to be pretty hectic for me, going back into work.”
Alya has not been the most popular character on the cobbles with her previous behaviour.
And it looks like Alya won’t be changing her behaviour any time soon with Sair teasing: “Is she going to continue in the same vein?
“I think there are some testing times ahead and I probably shouldn’t say any more than that.”
On screen of late Alya has had a quieter period with her selling the factory to Carla Connor when she realised it what was what Aidan would have truly wanted.
She sold up to invest in her grandmother’s restaurant after the exit of her brother Zeedan.

And as on screen, Sair’s personal life has been going quietly well too with her recently going public with actor boyfriend Simon Lennon and he’s thrilled she’s on the show.
She told the MailOnline: “I’m A Celebrity is his favourite programme on telly, so he’s over the moon.
“I had no idea that it was his favourite programme because he only told me after I got it. I was like, ‘Are you joking?’
“And he was like, ‘No. I’ve watched every single series. I know it inside out.’ He is so excited about coming to Australia.”
