Things aren’t looking good for pool Sal, not only is she in trouble with the police, she is also looking more and more guilty by the minute thanks to Tim.

It turns out the surprise £1,000 in their account wasn’t a bonus from Streetcars at all, but actually deposited there by Duncan to make Sally look guilty.

Sally confronts Tim about his lies and he admits that he thought it was a bank error and fibbed so they could keep the cash.

Thankfully Sally and Tim are a strong couple and the fact that Sal’s face is plastered all over the local press only brings them closer.

The pair want answers and decide to stake out Duncan’s home, hoping to find a way to prove Sally is innocent.

But they’re in for a shock when the police later arrive and arrest Tim as well!

Luckily he’s let off with a caution and all seems well – until Tim drops a bombshell of his own on his wife.

But what confession does Tim have for Sally?

And will this be the straw that broke the camel’s back when it comes to their marriage?

Coronation Street airs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV.
