Kate Connor’s ex girlfriend will make a shock comeback at Christmas as Kate and Rana’s relationship is tested by Kate’s desperation to have a baby.
She will have a shock meeting with nurse Rana almost nine months after she was last seen on the cobbles.
Imogen left Weatherfield earlier this year after realising Kate was in love with Rana and not her.
It’s set to be an explosive Christmas as Kate will become obsessed with the idea of becoming a mother as soon as possible in her grief-stricken state after brother Aidan’s death.

And it was recently revealed how she will seduce Adam Barlow in a shock bid to get pregnant.
Waitress Kate, played by Faye Brookes, is willing to go to extreme lengths to get a baby and seducing Adam is just one of them.
Just days after Kate and Rana’s engagement, their brief happiness is threatened as Kate’s obsession with having a baby means she seduces solicitor Adam.
However Rana has huge reservations about having a child and viewers have watched as she has struggled to match Kate’s excitement about having a child.
A source told The Sun Online that Kate is left horrified by the cost of IVF, which drives her to take the drastic steps that she does.
They said: “Adam can’t believe his luck when Kate approaches him.
“She will see Adam Barlow as an attractive, successful and intelligent man and realise he’s got what she needs for her ideal baby.”
Even though Rana is against the idea, Kate secretly plots to seduce the local solicitor.
The insider continued: “Kate’s seduction technique will leave little to the imagination as she prepares to cheat on Rana with hunky Adam.”
But will Kate go through with the plan? Or will she come to her senses before destroying her relationship?
