We’re used to weird celebrity surgery, but this is shocking even to us.
Love Island star Zara McDermott has admitted to having work done to correct her “lop-sided” jaw.
Taking to InstaStories, the 21-year-old thanked her surgeons, admitting she was nervous as: “I prefer to stay as natural as possible,” adding: “I haven’t felt comfortable getting any fillers or surgery. However I had this that had been bothering me for a while.”
Sharing a picture of her chin, Zara explained: “This crevice in my right jaw… was causing me to look like I had a bad double chin from my right side!
“I felt like my whole face was lop-sided.”
The reality star – who briefly appeared on this summer’s series of Love Island – says she had “a little filler into the crevice and then balanced the whole thing out with the other side.
“And now it’s perfect and completely symmetrical!”
Zara then posted a few videos, telling her one million followers: “I’ve literally had so many people messaging me asking about my jaw filler. I definitely recommend it. It’s literally changed my face so much. Like, I’m completely symmetrical and it’s something so small.
“It can literally make the world of difference. I’m not going to lie, it was a little bit painful, but it was numbed and everything. And it was literally fine after.”
She admitted she’d unsuccessfully tried to have the procedure “a couple of times before” but insisted she hadn’t had anything else done.

The TV star is now recovering on holiday in Miami with her Love Island bad-boy boyfriend, Adam Collard.
He shared a video to his InstaStories showing Zara putting sun cream on his back, as he told her: “Go on, right in, elbow grease!”
Zara and Adam, 23, have surprised fans by staying together since the show ended this summer.
She recently wished her “baby” a happy birthday on Instagram.
Zara wrote: “Happy birthday to my baby @adamcollard. I am taking him to Miami and the Bahamas next week!!! Was so hard keeping it a secret.. thank you @mattynicholson1 and @charlipaton for helping me 😉and thank you @mollyscupcakes1 for this amazing cake!”
