He wrote: “Jeremy vine to (sic) scared to speak up too pc pathetic interview!!

“To everyone that knows her and knows the real her and the lies and the stories she has spun for several years it is so frustrating to watch … good scene tho Rox annnddd cut!! (sic).”

ED! has contacted the Jeremy Vine show for comment.

Former Emmerdale actress Roxanne, 35, apologised to Ryan after accusing the actor of ‘punching’ her during what appeared to be a play fight.

She said: “I massively apologise to not just Ryan, but his family, his friends, his fans and every single person that watched that and completely and justifiably saw an overreaction to what wasn’t a malicious act.

“I can’t apologise enough to Ryan and everybody attached to him. I hope people can forgive me and Ryan can forgive me in time.”

Roxanne said in the moment when the incident happened, she “mistook what was playful” because she’s “sensitive”.

She continued: “[Ryan] did apologise for it and say his ring caught me. It was the word ‘deliberate’ that I regret. Because I doubted his intention and there was no malicious intent behind that.

“And that’s what I apologise for. I shouldn’t have questioned his motivation. I overreacted and I got it wrong.”

The star also said she was “devastated and mortified” to think people felt she was making a mockery of domestic violence, as she has been in an abusive relationship herself.

Roxanne will return to Celebrity Big Brother on Monday night for an interview with host Emma Willis.

Last week, viewers had seen Ryan making punching gestures in the air while jumping around Roxanne.

After Roxanne complained to Big Brother about Ryan’s actions, the actor apologised and said there was no malice or anger in his actions. He was then given a formal warning by Big Brother.

The actor was left in tears after Roxanne’s claim, saying he’d considered quitting the show himself as he “felt really low”.

Media regulator Ofcom received 11,215 complaints following the episode.

The whole incident caused mass outrage among Ryan’s loved ones, co-stars and fans, with many taking to social media to defend him.

Among them was his girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh, who said her heart was breaking watching her boyfriend so upset on TV.

She tweeted: “This is painful to watch… I feel sick watching this. Why haven’t the house been shown the footage yet! Disgraceful.. Can’t stop crying!! Tempted to go and get him out.”

Ryan’s twin brothers Adam and Scott were also outraged, with Adam tweeting after Roxanne quit CBB: “When she still thinks she’s in soap, makes up her own storylines and still gets written out. See you soon.”

Scott tweeted: “I have now seen it all ! Women like that are so dangerous! Trying to damage my brother’s reputation over what was blatantly some harmless play fighting.
