Look away now, if you’re squeamish. Charlotte Crosby has shared a picture of her broken nose, after slipping by a hotel pool.
In fact, her reps have confirmed she’ll need specialist surgery to fix it, after fracturing the bone in three places.
The 2013 Celebrity Big Brother winner, who is dating Ex On The Beach star Joshua Ritchie, shared a bloody picture on Instagram – which also showed her boyfriend laughing in the background.
She captioned it: “It’s all fun and games until you break ya nose 🇿🇦”.
The reality star’s reps told The Mirror: “Charlotte is currently in South Africa working in Cape Town with MTV and filming for series 2 of The Charlotte show.
“Unfortunately whilst filming this morning, Charlotte slipped on the side of her hotel pool and banged her nose, fracturing it in three places.
They added: “Charlotte has now been discharged from hospital. She is in good spirits and will see a specialist on her return to the UK.”
Charlotte – who previously had a nose job – has 6.4million followers, who were shocked and sympathetic.
One commented: “Oh, baby. Hope u better soon😭”. Another wrote: “how tf did she manage to break her nose. clumsy 😂😂👀”.
A third added: “Hope you get better soon @charlottegshore”.
The Geordie Shore star also shared a clip on InstaStories, showing Joshua, 24, brushing her hair.
She told her fans: “[He’s] helping to brush my hair because I’m very poorly.” She added to Josh: “You are good, actually!”

Joshua also posted his own shot on Instagram, showing his girlfriend’s face strapped up by doctors and writing: “Just another day in South Africa 🇿🇦 🤐”.

Charlotte, who split from her boyfriend Stephen Bear in August, recently revealed she is “addicted” to fame.
Speaking to The Sun, she admitted fears she is heading for a breakdown, saying: “I need to slow it down soon or else I am going to have a mental breakdown. But with me, I can’t slow it down.
“It’s like I am addicted. You think, ‘When I get this, this and this, then I’ll be happy’ but I’ve got it all now.”
Charlotte continued: “I am always looking for something bigger to do. I am sending myself into an early grave.”
