Natalie Queiroz appeared on Monday’s This Morning to speak about her horrific ordeal in which she was stabbed 24 times while heavily pregnant.

Natalie told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that she suffered multiple stab wounds following the brutal attack which was carried out by her ex-fiance.

The brave mum revealed she realised the attacker was the father of her child before passing out.

Natalie explained she was walking down an alleyway around 3pm and heard footsteps behind her.

She told the hosts: “I could hear some footsteps behind me and I glanced over my shoulder and all I could see was a man in a hooded top approaching really really quickly.

“Something inside me said this isn’t good.”

She said she didn’t recognise the attacker at first and didn’t think he was going to attack her in broad daylight with a lot of people around.

Natalie continued: “He grabbed me and jumped on me and at first I thought I was being mugged because he came on my right side where my bag was.

“As I struggled to get free he pulled out a large carving knife and without even having time to process it he was stabbing me in the chest.”

Natalie at this point was eight-months pregnant and admitted all she was thinking about was survival.

She went on to say that she felt pain but her main concern was her unborn baby.

Holly, 36, explained to viewers that two men came and helped after Natalie was screaming.

Despite the attacker running off he managed to get hold of Natalie and attack her a further two times in the space of nine minutes.

Natalie revealed he stabbed her 15-20 times in the first attack and in the further two attacks she ended up passing out.

Just before passing out Natalie then realised she knew the attacker – her ex-fiance Bobby.

She told the hosts: “At first I was excited because it was Bobby but then I saw the knife and he said nothing. I was begging for my life.”

Natalie was thankfully saved by the two men and rushed to hospital after the attack.

She was put into an induced coma where doctors worked on her for half an hour before turning their attention to her unborn baby girl.

Getting emotional Natalie said: “She, in effect, was born dead. She wasn’t breathing, she was floppy, she wasn’t breathing. They had to intubate her and put her into a coma.”

Holly then went on to reveal that the blade of the knife had been 2mm away from the baby as Natalie suffered three stab wounds in her stomach.

Thankfully both Natalie and her little girl are now healthy and happy.

Natalie revealed she’s received letters from her attacker apologising but it doesn’t mean anything to her.

The proud mum is now writing a book which will explain the horrific attack.

Viewers watching from home had nothing but praise for Natalie.

One tweeted: “What an amazing, articulate woman. So brave. #thismorning #nataliequeiroz.”

Another added: “True survivor what a remarkable woman. Glad they both survived.”

“She is absolutely incredible. Amazed by how strong she is,” a third said.
