Celebrities celebrate #WorldBookDay with kids’ literary character costumes

Stars have shared their adorable snaps

What with mobile phones, tablets and Netflix to occupy young minds, you’d think reading was a thing of the past.

But no matter how far we progress with technology, books and great stories with amazing characters will never die.

And we, as parents and uncles and aunties and friends of kids have to keep the love for reading at the forefront of young people’s minds.

Even if it’s reading Entertainment Daily on a, er, daily basis!
