Blonde TOWIE star Amber Dowding has unexpectedly been rushed to hospital after coming down with an illness while filming in Marbella with her boyfriend Chris Clark.
Boyfriend and co-star Chris Clark was left concerned after Amber ‘struggled to keep food down’ and was hospitalised shortly after, where she stayed for a couple of days.
An insider told The Sun: “Amber and Chris recently came back from Antigua but Amber had been really suffering and struggling to keep anything down.

“Production rushed her to hospital after seeing the state she was in during filming in Marbella and she was hospitalised for a few days, which was really worrying for Chris.
“Thankfully she’s on the mend now but is having to take tablets every day to keep the sickness at bay.”
Amber is back in the UK, after tweeting her fans saying she was leaving Spain but not divulging anything about what was wrong with her. She tweeted: “About to take off .. said 3 hours to Stansted. When did it ever take 3 hours to get back from Spain?”
She did mention that she’s had to drink a lot of water to help her recover, as she tweeted: “I’ve never drunk so much water than I have in the last 5 days .. I feel so revitalised and refreshed it’s great.”
Hopefully she’s got her feet up and Chris is looking after!
While they were out in sunny Spain filming, Amber posted a cute snap of her and Chris looking loved up after they recently rekindled their on-off romance.
Chris split up from Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson earlier this year, and confessed his feelings for Amber on an episode of TOWIE. They had dated in the past and Amber said on the show that “it would be nice to be in eachother’s lives again.”
Jesy moved on quickly and is now dating singer-songwriter Harry James Byart, but his ex has warned Jesy that he could break her heart. Gabrielle-Louise Dalligan reportedly told friends: “Jesy should be careful. Harry isn’t a trustworthy person. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that he was going behind my back.”

One of Gabrielle-Louise’s friends also came forward about the way Harry treated his long term girlfriend. The friend told The Sun On Sunday: “At the end of April, after a minor row, he completely ghosted her. He blocked her on social media, and refused to answer her calls or text messages.
“Then in mid-May she heard he was going on holiday. She was led to believe it was with a friend. But it obviously turned out to be Jesy.”
